At Bosant, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bosant account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring fragile home decor is properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
